Hi Guys

Hm, I just discovered that the registration email is not being sent to the users after they register with the site. As a result, they don't have the confirmation link to complete the registration... The ramification is obvious.

This site used to have CB2.0.4, but it was replaced by Jomsocial because of the tighter integration b/n Guru and Jomsocial. But the site has really been acting up since CB was removed.

Actually, the entire registration/login process is broken.

Right now, when I tried to login from both a login module and jomsocial tool bar, I get the error message:

www.clinicalahm.org/index.php/component/comprofiler/?view=login

The comprofiler is CB, which has already been uninstalled… But the system kept going back to it. I must be missing something obvious, but can't figure out what.

Hi,

the issue related with sh404SEF component. at URL manger you can still have a look CB on it. so it will redirect to CB url.
please contact sh404SEF support for more assistance.

The problem is that 404SEF is not turned out. See attachment.

I am consulting SH404SEF as well. But if the component is switched off, it shouldn't have the effect. I also deleted all URL pertaining to comprofiler, but it's still not working.

Please advise what else to look into.

could you please provide me phpmyadmin/cpanel access detail? I need to have a look at your database. It might be from there, because "dirty records" still stored old configuration.

The system is fixed and is now working properly. I can't really recall what exactly I did to clear it, but starting with a clean slate definitely helps.
