Subject: State & Country do not appear on the Edit Profile page when published and visible are enabled for registered users
Issue: The State and Country are set as required fields but do not appear on the page itself, causing problems when registered users attempt to save the page after editing there profile.
Resolution Requested: Fix issue where these fields are not present on the page as needed for all users, not just System Administrators.
Testing Comments: Tested in Google Chrome (latest version), Firefox (latest version), and Internet Explorer 11. No errors appear when navigating to the page through the Console. Reviewing the PHP / HTML, these fields are missing from the code and could be an oversight. Also checked to ensure that the template did not cause a problem with these rendering.
Additionally, when the State and Country fields are marked as required, the edit profile page does not enforce the requirement and allows the user to save anyway with missing required data.

I cant access administrator page by using login detail from site info. please edit your first post at this topic to make correction for site info/credential information.
seem your issue related with 3rd party conflict
