Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
I'm not sure what is the issue here. Could you elaborate and describe steps to replicate it on your site?
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
Hello, I will try to explain what I think happens, I have received a message from a user, but it seems that sent the same message to 3 people, because when I open the message out to me that there is a conversation between me and 3 other because when clicking on another 3 I get the message that the user must log, which I do not understand, because I'm in my account.
I did a test with one of my users, sending multiple message and gives the same error.
Yes, you're right. User sends this message to you and 3 other users, creating a kind of email group/chat. So every answer will be send to users that were selected in initial message. Clicking on 3 others should unfold and display user names of users that took part in this conversation.
May I have access to account where this issue is present? I need to debug it.
On my test site it works fine so it's not a bug for sure...
