The user registration in my community has been realized by my own script – I don't use the jomsocial registration fields. This cannot be changed, however, due to a technical anomaly.

Now, the Profile fields are, of course, empty, and I want to convert the ''Field Code'' from ''custom profile fields'' (table ''c_community_fields'') to another table (''x_anothertable''), since the required information is there.

How does this worK?

You modified JomSocial registration flow to store data in other tables.
Now you need to write custom code to acquire this data to "About me" template.
You should create override for this file:

ROOT/components/com_community/templates/default/profile.about.php

(copy it to: ROOT/templates/your-template/html/com_community (if you don't have "html" or "com_community" folders, feel free to create them))

And create a direct query to your database, then just display results. It will be far easier than exporting them again to JomSocial tables... but if you insist you should do it upon registration.
