We cannot seem to remove this. It is distracting for a new user to have to tab twice to reach the next profile field.

Hi,

if you go to Joomla admin then Jomsocial > profiles > customize profile then click on each field to edit the field. remove any text in the tool tip field then save and close. No tool tip will then show for that field.

Actually, I need to remove the field visibility buttons--not the tool tips. Please refer to the buttons displayed to the right of each field on the attached screen shot.
