Hi.

I got several profile types. 8 at all.

I like to hide some of them in the registration page. So when a new user is registering for our community they should only see 6 of 8 total profile types.

How can i hide them? Which file i need to customize?

Well, this is cant be configured in backend, but you can hack the code for this, open this file components/com_community/templates/register.profiletype.php, find this code :

foreach($profileTypes as $profile)
		{

foreach($profileTypes as $profile)
		{ 
if($profile->id==YOURID_PROFILETYPE_1 || $profile->id==YOURID_PROFILETYPE_2)  continue;
