Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
Good afternoon, do not know if I should put here the problem at hand, or the forum Publisher iJoomla support, I hope you can help me.
When I installed JoomSocial it setup so that the user profiles to be managed directly from the profiles JoomSocial, but I have encountered the problem that, by posting on the blog of the web, using k2 or from Publisher iJoomla, photos profiles do not sync, and I set them manually, this can be a problem in the future, when we have many users, today it is a manageable task, but I wonder how I can fix this.
Please, describe steps so I could replicate this issue on your site.
Or add link or prontscreen... your issue description is not sufficient.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
Good morning to check what I say should add items k2 and check the blog photo editor, you will see that the image is empty and photo editor, which should match the profile of JomSocial does not appear. You need to do it with a different user to admin that we use, as they are configured manually.
