Can't edit profile after upgrade to JS 3.2.1.5 pro

Dear Sir,

We can't edit profile after upgrade to JS 3.2.1.5 pro.

"Change Profile picture", "Change Profile video", "Customize my page" are OK while "Edit profile", "Edit details", "Privacy", "Preference" don't work. I don't know why.

Please help me and thank you very much!

Hi, Fazk.

It seems that some 3rd party extensions could influence editing user account/profile.
Try to disable ALL plugins except:

Authentication - Joomla
Azrul System Mambot For Joomla
User - Joomla!

And check if issue persist.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Dear MIchal,

Thanks for your guideline and I found that when I disable plugin-Jticketing, the edit profile works fine. It seems I need to upgrade that component and plugin.
