Profile cover area missing

When we go to visit a profile the cover area is missing.

Any idea what could happen?

We have the Jomsocial version 3.2.0.7 with some customitzation and we can't upgrade now.

the cover hided by CSS. please remove /templates/yoo_nano3/styles/Infinityinner/css/custom.css line 1688
