ok, so could you explain us why do we get the single quote displayed when a user post a comment with it ?.
For us that's means the server php setting seems good in this case . Is it correct ?

Just give the example from your edit profile page.. I already avoid to use Joomla post function, and use php post core function instead, and the result is still same, the single quote is removed.
