white window after registration

Hello,
we have a big problem. :-(

If a new visitor tries to register to our website he will see a white window after edding the registration fields and click "regfister now".
Whats going wrong?

here the error message at that page:

the error related with uddeim component. seem there is a missing file for /kunden/kosmetik-schwaben.de/network1/components/com_uddeim/uddeimlib31.php
