activity stream mobile compatability

I have been testing on 5 different mobile devices and have found that the activity stream page has problems with some.

in some cases user tap on buttons or links has no effect and user must tap multiple times.

tested:

iphone 4 - good
iphone 6 - good
ipad - good

trio stealth g4 7.85 tablet "android 4.4.2" - good
att android phone model z992 "android 4.1.1" -Bad
Samsung galaxy express "android 4.1.2" - bad

is there a possible fix to this?
