I would like to add a "help" in the registration form, when someone types an email that has already
been registerd, to give the option to remind the password.

I also need to know how to make the border. I think it should be stressed so everyone sees it clearly.

So, when I get the error message saying that the email has already been used, to add a button to
send immediately the password.

In case the user has no longer access to that email account, for example, will always have the chance
to type another one.

Could you help me with this??

I reckon it could be a very usefull feature to add to Jomsocial.

But you already have a password reminder in every login form (JomSocial frontpage hero image area + Hello Me module).
Change you want to apply requires core files to hack.

Core hacks are not recommended nor supported as they may not working with future JomSocial releases and/or cause issues that will be not supported. Users with core files hack refuse to upgrade their installation to keep those hacks and they are stuck with outdated and unsupported versions.
