JomSocial Expired Socialize Expired

Hi there,

I've installed the latest Jomsocial to a site with the Socialize theme, but I am having difficulty getting the user profile avatar updated. Whenever I login as administrator to the frontend and upload or try to change my avatar, it doesn't change and remains the same default image.

Please could you urgently get back to me on how to fix this, it's for a live client site that is being used in a big campaign.

Thank you.

Hi, Charles.

You hold a JomSocial PRO license. This means that only ONE domain is supported.
Your supported domain is: redflag.co.za
Your support request is for: redhotornot.co.za/community

Second domain will be not supported. Please, consider supported domain change.
Post a supported domain change here: www.jomsocial.com/forum/billing-issues
You need to have valid reason for domain change e.g: domain name typo.

After domain will be changed, update this thread.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
