Copy - for example - lorem ipsum text, or any other text and try with it.

Please you try to use another Jooml template, this issue usually caused by your Joomla template, please you try use atomic or beez template.

Dimas was meaning switch your site to a default joomla template like atomic or prostar then see if the problem is still there. (for testing only) If it isn't then the issue is caused by the template. This is the fastest way to narrow down the cause of the issue. we are not suggesting that you use that as your site template, just change it quickly to test it.
The reason we don't switch the template to try it ourselves is we do not make changes on a live site like that unless you would like us to.
So because it is a template conflict you guys can't help? That's too bad because we were planning on using this software for a long time. At least let me know instead of just changing the ticket status to resolved.

Unfortunately all products are not 100 % compatible with each other. if a site template is causing an issue then it would not make sense for us to fix the site Template because we didn't write the template, Likewise i would not expect the template provider to fix a bug in Jomsocial.
Sometimes what appears to be a 1 minute fix may need to be fixed in a file that needs to be re compressed or minified or is part of the core that cannot be overridden.
Diagnosing the fault and applying the fix needs to be done by the developer that created the template. I have seen a few situations like this from this template provider. When this happens we contact the template provider and offer then the latest version of our product so they can update there template to work seamlessly with out product. Whether or not they fix it is beyond our control.

Could you let me know the URL to the support ticket with the template developer . If you could let me know the link to the support ticket then i can see what there reply is. it is unfortunate that a fault in someone else s product is making you unhappy with us. But regardless i am still happy to help if the template provider needs assistance from us
