Toolbar Canvas not expand on other pages

hi,

it's not fully related to jomsocial but maybe you can help me here. if i try to click in mobile view on JS toolbar module - canvas menu, then it's expand only on jomsocial pages but not on all other pages.

Hi.

This button/menu is a part of your Joomla! template ja_social_t3.
You should report any issues with it to respective developers - in this case JoomlArt.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

So you mean JomSocial toolbar - it's not a module but part of components content. And it's displayed only on JomSocial related site... that's why I'm surprised you saying that it doesn't work -"but not on all other pages". This menu shouldn't be displayed on non-JomSocial pages...

It's probably your customization that you display it on pages not related with JomSocial... but then no JomSocial scripts are loaded so menu doesn't work as expected.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.

could you please assist me here wich Jomsocial script is needed that toolbar module slider is working also on other pages?

hi, those 3 scripts are loaded now also on all other pages but the menu still not work.

Hi.

Because you added it in wrong order, that is one, two: those scripts use jQuery but you added them after jquery.noconflict.js so they will not work.

Just to make things clear: this is your customization and it's not supported by us. I provided you with an answer which scripts need to be loaded. Now it's up to you how and if you fix it.
