individual Access rules for profile types

Hey Guys,

I have different Profile Types, but I need some restrictions for some of them.
For example:
One Profile Type should only be able to:
- Visit profiles
- Like profiles
- like activities

All other features like sending private messages, upload more than 10 Pictures should not be able.

Is it possible to implement this without installing Add ons like JSPT or other. With these Add ons I get other problems.

This can't be done out-of-the-box... but you can consider using this extension:

Here is description of ACL it allows:

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Thanks. I already have Readytes JSPT. But there I have the problem that I get a totally different Advanced search form.

This is the one without using JSPT:

JSPT alters few things in JomSocial... but I'm sorry I'm not very familiar with their product. In cases like this one you should contact them as they are responsible for supporting their product ;)

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
