I am using Jomsocial 3.2.1.2 and my users can not save a new cover photo. I have had this same problem for every version since JS 3.0, and I have been upgrading 1 version at a time....but it doesn't seem to be fixing my problem.

I have even upgraded to the latest JS version 3.2.1.3 and that didn't fix the issue either. Have have gone back to a backup copy of my site so I am using the stable version of JS 3.2.1.2 that works with my Tigra template install (that doesn't yet work correctly with the JS 3.2.1.3)

Specifically, everything on my site works perfectly except for: whenever a cover photo is uploaded (which works fine), and then saved as the new cover photo on a profile page, the user refreshes the page and the cover photo has reverted back to the default cover image for my site.

This only became a problem after upgrading back in April, to the JS 3.0 version.

Ok, I saw issue on your site and was able to replicate it there.
Try to disable Tigra and use Joomla! and JomSocial default template - check if issue persist.

It's not Tigra... Sense I just had that installed yesterday by the folks at Tigra, and this problem has been an issue since April. In fact, I even purchased your "Social" template and tried using that with a stripped down joomla version and just the Jomsocial version(s) that I've had this issue with for the past 5 months...and that didn't fix it either.

Any thoughts?

We just always try on default templates to exclude any conflicts that may come out from templates and narrow down the problem.

Please, restore original files and try again.
