User have no cover after profile creation?!

I just checked again and seems the cover is showing fine, did you fix it? also did you install the 3rd party storage? because I see the URL of the images is coming from cloudfront not from your own server.

its only fine because i had to manually upload it to my members.
create a new user and you will see there is only a message on the top left: "no cover"
yes, i use cloudfront but i use it all the time.

I just upload it by myself, and seems still working fine for me..

I afraid this issue also caused by cloudfront, you still have this issue can you disabled the cloudfront for awhile, please?
