Hi, Ron.

I'm sorry but I can't confirm that on your site:

prntscr.com/4fkj7x
prntscr.com/4fkjf3
prntscr.com/4fkjjk

What browser do you use? Does it apply only to certain user or to all?

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

This happens on Safari 7 and Chrome 36.0.1985.143. Both on a Mac.

Also, once I'm logged in, the Log Out button in the Hello Me module doesn't work.

Hi, Ron.

So I tested it on Chrome Linux and it's fine... so it probably applies only to Mac.
I'll ask other support members to test it, as I don't have Mac.
Please, stay tuned.

Hi, Ron.

Two other support members tried to replicate your issue on Mac and they can't
It seems it works just fine.

Please make sure that you have java installed in browser. Also ask some of your friends/users to test it too.

I had to update to the latest version of Java for it to work.

Shouldn't there be some kind of fallback text saying that you need Java for the window to display correctly?
