My members report that they can't reply messages

Any ideas?
The same odd thing happens with the Status bar, it collapses

Hi Carlatf,

This issue cuased by conflict with the 3rd party joomla template, when I use default joomla template everything is working fine.. can you contact your 3rd party Joomla template developer, please?
