I just upgraded to JomSocial 3.2.1.3 and there is a new bug. When video sharing, smiley and the moods are not working.

Could you fix it ASAP? :)

Though the issue is fixed at your site but here the fix code at
root/components/com_community/templates/default/activities.stream.php line no 227

 echo CActivities::format($attachment->message);

replaced by

echo $attachment->message;
