Modify Cover

I have tried to modify cover on profile and succeeded at first, but when I log out and log in again, the modify cover display blank, and I try again but still blank display.

Please advise me and thanks

I think this is S3 amazon issue, please make sure your setting for amazon storage is correct.

Dear Pak Dimas,
Thanks for your advise, after I change the store file to local hosting is fixed the problem.
Unfortunately I am not clear configure setup on amazon s3, and I post a new topic.
