Disable Photo Upload Buttons Independently

Is it possible to disable or hide photo upload for groups and/or profiles but keep photo upload on the frontpage? Or, disable Album creation but still upload photos into front-page activity stream?

Which one do you want to delete? I give you the solution for how to delete the upload photo and create album link in photos page.

open this file components/com_community/views/photos/view.html.php, find this code :

joms.notifications.showUploadPhoto

and this code :
task=newalbum

and delete the one line of that code
