To confirm then... you are saying that I need to use html code since I have my setting as html?
So I can simply enter html or paste from something else so long as it is html, it will display so.

If text, then html will be stripped.

That setting should probably be right at the top of the mass email tool but maybe I am one of few who didn't catch this.
