for tooltip you can add new css rules at your template css /templates/gk_gamenews/css/template.css
by using tipsy class. e.g:

.tipsy {
max-width: 300px;
}

Is there some symbols limit? I changed tooltip width but it stil not show text entirely.

seem there is a bug with Joomla JText library. Beacuse tipsy support multi language we always put that library.
for fixing your issue I suggest you to put that words at language variable.
e.g:
1. at jomsocial backend - field settings add tooltip value COM_COMMUNITY_JTIPS_FIELD1
2. and and language /language/[language Code]/[language Code].com_community.ini
