Email notification when tagged doesn't provide link

I have tested the tagging feature using @ and a members name and when doing so the member is alerted via email notification that they have been tagged. The email says

"Membername tagged you here."

and that is all, there is no link to click in the email to see where.

I am using 3.2.1 btw, stable release.

please provide me FTP access detail. it must have a link at "here". I need to check any override files or else.
