Cover delete

If upload photos option is disabled, when user uploads cover photo, he cant delete it anymore? Same thing with avatar?

Hi.

Cover is a Photo just used as a cover. So if you disable Photo feature you can't get into cover to delete it.
It can be only replaced.

You can remove avatar as Photos and Avatars are not related. Just click on avatar when in profile: prntscr.com/407i0r notice a Remove Avatar button at the bottom of modal window.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Maybe you should add option to delete cover just like its on avatar, because it doesn't make sense to upload cover and not able to delete it if upload photos option is disabled.

And also when someone uploads cover, preview of cover on activity steam, when you click on it, it will not show cover zoom in like on Facebook, but it will redirect on profile of user who uploaded cover. I don't know if that supposed to be like that or? Upload photos option is disabled.

Hi.

As I said cover is a Photo used as cover. When you set a cover you can choose from your Photos upload previously or load new one.
If you disabled Photos than you limited that feature for users. Cover can be only replaced but not deleted (as user can't administrate his/her Photos).
