I want to create a skills & endorsements part to profiles on my site.

It works in a similar way to linked in where users endorse each others skills.

After looking around at the various plugins available could I setup a profile where users choose keywords from a list e.g. customer service and other users vote on that skill. For instance Customer Service 10, x10 other users would of endorsed this persons customer service skills by voting for them.

I would have a list of about 20 keywords, any ideas of how this could work, each user could have 1-20 keywords and each word would need to have a vote associated with it.

I am sorry, we dont have such features like that, to achive this you need hack the Jomsocial code or create your own plugin for this, please you contact the 3rd party dev for this one www.jomsocial.com/jomsocial-developers
