after update from 3.2.0.6 to 3.2.0.7 the content of the older private messages, which were written under 3.2.0.6, is not shown anymore. so i went back to 3.2.0.6 and the contents are visible again. any ideas? you can not test it on my server because i´m back to 3.2.0.6. Can you test it on your server?

For fixing this please open this file components/com_community/views/inbox/view.html.php, add this code after line 329 :

$originalBodyContent = $row->body;

if ($row->body == '{}') {
                    //backward compatibility, save the old data into content parameter if needed
                    $newParam = new CParameter();
                    $newParam->set('content', $originalBodyContent);
                    $table = JTable::getInstance('Message','CTable');
                    $table->load($row->id);
                    $table->body = $newParam->toString();
                    $table->store();
                    $row->body =  new CParameter($table->body);
               }

hi Dimas, this does NOT work. Now i get a blank page, no messages at all. with every new version there are new bugs. you have to test new versions by yourself!! But you let your customers do the testing of your software! this is very very annoying!
