Recently and I am not sure when default avatars stopped working, I am not sure if it was after I added multiple profile types or not...

Can you please assist, when you login now, the members module shows a x for default thumbnails.

Can you provide me the screenshoot, please? I look at the list members page and every users has correct default avatar.
