I am able to upload and create new photo galleries in my jomsocial profile on my website but once they are uploaded and you try to click on a picture it links back to my main profile page. This is preventing the gallery from opening or allowing me to edit and rotate the photos.

I almost forgot, also when trying to add a new status to my profile once you click on post the status disappears and does not post on the profile. Every once in a while it will work but most of the time it will not.

1. It happens because you don't have home menu item for JomSocial.
JomSocial needs home/frontpage manu item in order to work properly.

It don't have to be displayed anywhere. I just need a menu item ID.
So create new menu in Menus (call it "Hidden menu") and create in it Frontpage menu item for JomSocial.

2. I can't confirm it... I spent a while on your site posting statuses... everything was fine...
I need to know exactly how to replicate it...

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

I added the Home menu for jomsocial and called it JomSocial Home for testing. When I am logged in under my registered user name fmeh*** the photo album function is still not working. I can see the albums I created but when I click on them to view the photos or edit them it links back to my profile page. It seems most links for photos and videos link back to my profile page.

Also if you would like you can change my fmeh*** user password so that you can log into the profile and test it out.

Hmmm... I logged in as fmeh***. Uploaded few photos via postbox.
When I click on photo I'm redirected to album and photo is displayed...

It seems to work fine...

Could you check it? If it's still happening, could you make a video of this issue?

The photo gallery all seems to be working now. The only thing that I still have an problem with is the comments on the fmeh*** profile. If i just type in test and hit post it seems to work fine but if i try to type anything longer exp "we made it!!!" then hit post the comment just goes away.

What was the issue with the photo album part?

Also you will need to change the password for fmeh*** again since I had to change it to log back in.

Photo album issue was caused by menu misconfiguration ^^

As for your second issue you should open new thread for it :)
But ok, I reply here.

This issue is caused by your server configuration. When try to post status I get 406 error: prntscr.com/3untly

So please contact with your hosting provider for advice.
