SEF is enabled the registration is not working

Hi Jomsocial Team,

if SEF is enabled the registration is not working. When I click on “Next” after the first registration page with the insert of the user data, I get a 404 – page not fund.

Also on when I click on another users name e.g. in the activity stream there comes a 404 – page not fund.
Now I disabled SEF for that reasons.

Thanks!
Alex

Hi, Alexander.

Please extend access rights to Super User. I can't enable SEF to check your issue.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi, Alexander.

I can't confirm that issue: prntscr.com/3u15ut and prntscr.com/3u161k and prntscr.com/3u165g .

But you may have that issue as you multiplicated JomSocial menu items outside JomSocial toolbar.

Golden rule is: if you want to create link to JomSocial page and similar link already exist in JomSocial toolbar - don't create another direct link to that page, use menu alias instead.

So Create ONE JomSocial menu item for home/frontpage of community... outside JomSocial toolbar. And remove ALL duplictae JomSocial menu items outside JomSocial toolbar.
