How do I make an application to attach to the profile page of my members?

You can configure it from Joomla Plugin manager, search community plugin, edit those plugins and set the as core application.

The plugin I am using does not give the option to set "CORE" as Yes? Is there a method to allow this application to be set as core or is there another method to attach these files to the profile of my members?

Where did you get that plugins? because by default the 3rd party plugins for our applications need "Core" configuration. If you downloaded the plugins from the 3rd party, please you contact the developer of that plugins.
