Hello,
When switched to another language other than English, we edit profile and try to save it. Then the following error message appears: "Unsaved Profile There are still some errors in the form."
Regards
Hi Juan,
I am experiencing login failed problem at your site backend.
Can you check please?
Thanks
Hi, Juan.
I'm sorry but I can't confirm that:
prntscr.com/3tmjj3
I logged in with credentials provided, switched to English, browse to profile, edited profile, entered needed values and saved. no issues on the way.
Error notice indicates that fields ware left empty or with improper values.
Please, try again.
Hi, Juan.
Oh, I'm sorry I just missed that in topic title.
Country field in profile caused that trouble so I disablet it.
Now profile save works.
Spanish language file is corrupted. replace it with English one or read this topic and contact with that user. he had similar issue:
www.jomsocial.com/forum/profile-universa...e-errors-on-the-form
maybe ask him for correct language file.
Hi Michal,
I'll follow your suggestions. Moreover, we have seen that (with the Spanish language) the error does not appear if you click on "Account Details" and then "Save". Then the message "Your settings have been saved." but really have not saved any changes.
Regards
Hi, Juan.
"Account Details" are Joomla! related fields. Clicking save here will not save fields values in "Account Information" tab.
It will save changes only in current tab.
Hello Michal,
I have still the problem with the "Country" field to store the changes in the profile. So, I decided to delete this field from the profile management on the backend of jomsocial and then create a new "Country" field, but now this new field does not appear on the frontend user profile.
Regards
Hi, Juan.
It's because you have multiprofile "Personal" so every one on your site uses fields from it... and Country field is not enabled in it :D
Enable it in multiprofile "Personal" and it should appear.
