Hi.
I've already posted this problem but it got complicated and I haven't had a response in nearly 2 days, so in case the last one got closed down, I really need help so decided to post it again.
I bought Jomsocial for my website singmeout.com. The site I was running in a subfolder (throngbook.com) is the 1st one I got support on, but now I need help on the main site, but can't change the support site in settings.
The problem is that every time I try to view profiles in the front end, I get a white page. It also occurs in the main Jomsocial/logged in page.
The main site (as I had to relaunch it after the sub-site was up and running) is hosted in the folder public_html/singmeout.
Please see misc information.
Thanks
Dean
Hi Dean,
your administrator page is blank. seem your joomla it self got problem. do you did any upgrade before for joomla?
I tried login at frontend using your administrator user from site info. invalid user. please provide me the correct login detail.
Regards,
Albert
Hi Albert. Thank you for your reply.
[edited - credential information moved to site info]
The site in question is in the 'singmeout' folder.
and it logs in ok.
The Joomla backend is here
singmeout.com/singmeout/administrator/
As I said in misc info, I had to reinstall the site in a subfolder so as not to upset the other site in another subfolder.
The username and password I also just checked and was able to login
As I also said, I bought Jomsocial to work on my two sites throngbook.com and singmeout.com. Singmeout.com is the main site, but I installed it first on Throngbook.com. I was told I can change the support site three times, but haven't been able to change it once even, but these are the only two sites I am using it on.
Please again note that the admin panel is accessed through the sub-directory singmeout.com/singmeout (/administrator).
Many thanks for your assistance.
Hi Dean,
your memory limit is too low, only 24MB. Jomsocial minimum requirement 128MB.
documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/System_Requirements
please increase your php memory limit by using php.ini. please ask your hosting support for that.
Regards,
Albert
Hi Albertus.
Still no support online from my hosting, but I'm sure we'll get that sorted.
Now though, in my throngbook.com site, I'm getting error messages on the map page which weren't there yesterday, and the map doesn't display. Was anything changed in the folder public_html/throngbook that might have impacted on the page?
The errors showing are as follows:-

Please help.
