Unknown class CFieldsTemplates for field templates

Hello,

When editing my profile the following information appears:
Template --> Unknown class CFieldsTemplates for field templates.
Profiletype --> Unknown class CFieldsProfiletypes for profiletypes field.

Which does not allow me to save changes made.

I have read about this in the forum but I did not find any solution.

"Socialize" is the default template, both the system and the configuration of Jomsocial.

Please, could you may be more specific? How we can replicate this issue.
Where we have to browse.
Please, add printscreens, they will help to identify your issue...


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi Michal,

Although still messages regarding to (when you edit your profile, please see document attached):

Template --> Unknown class CFieldsTemplates for field templates.
Profiletype --> Unknown class CFieldsProfiletypes for profiletypes field.

However, I can now save changes to the profile without error messages. I don't know what has changed. But it works fine now.

During the morning I have made ​​many adjustments to the system. It is possible that some of them, indirectly, has solved the problem.

But I still want to know if the messages displayed on my screenshots are normal or there are an error.

Hi Michal,

I think I've found the reason that the field can not see properly. In the Profiles configuration, in the backend of Jomsocial, these fields were not associated with any group. Now they are in Basic Information. And it seems that everything is correct.
