Blank Page in Jomsocial

Hi Michal (I hope).
I did install Joomla 3, then re-installed Jomsocial, didn't import any users, registered a test user, and have the same problem as before. I keep getting white pages when I try to log in.
I CAN see some parts of Jomsocial when I go to 'home' and click on the Jomsocial menu, but any profile pages I try to view are white.
Please help.

On which domain issue occurs?
Also do you have separated license for both domains? Because JomSocial Standard license has only one domain supported.
Currently throngbook.com domain is supported... if issue applies to other domain, then I'm sorry but I can't help you... unless you switch your supported domain. You can do it only three times. At third time domain will be locked.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

It's on singmeout.com, and I've tried switching the support domain but it won't allow me to. Only the install domain. Where do I change to singmeout.com please?

By the way, I haven't changed the support domain before and I'm only using it on the two sites.

Oh....and throngbook.com is more just a sub-domain on singmeout.com.

Ok, I understand. It seems that switching supported domains is blocked by now...
So I'll help you with it this time ;)

When I try access singmeout.com/ I get:

prntscr.com/3pv0m1

And for backend:

prntscr.com/3pv0q1

So are you sure that you INSTALLED Joomla! there? Is domain pointing to right folder on server?

Also, please, edit your first post and add FTP credentials in corresponding fields.

Hi Michal.
I have no idea what that is. I've never seen Lightshot before, I'll have a look and change password, although you guys are the only ones I've given the password to.

Joomla was installed in the folder www.singmeout.com/singmeout though.

Will go edit now and give you the new admin password.

Hi.
Just a quick one to check something's being done on my site. (?) It's been a while since I've heard anything, Michal Dluzak has appeared to be offline for a while, but my URL is displaying the message 'This website is temporarily unavailable, please try again later.'.
Could someone please just confirm I have nothing to worry about?

Your server doesn't meet JomSocial system requirements:
documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/System_Requirements

You have currently: memory_limit = 24M
You should have at least: memory_limit = 128M but we recommend 1024M

Also upgrade to latest JomSocial -> 3.2.0.5
