I need to disable creating activity stream item when user change or upload his profile avatar.
Jomsocial options User Points doesn't help.
How can I disable this activity stream?

The issue you have reported has now been fixed. I have attached the fix to this reply. This fix will also be in the next release Please unzip the files and replace them here

components/com_community/apis/activities.php
components/com_community/controllers/photos.php

Please take a backup of the originals in case you need to restore them.
