Status.form.php remove public and menber access

I need to remove the frontpage postbox "public" and "members"
I located the file that generate the message box on: components \ com_community \ templates \ default \ status.form.php
However I was not able to change privacy access.
how can i manipulate privacy access in status.form.php?
Can i create one plugin to manipulate genenal privacy access?

Well it's bassicaly hardcoded somewhere in javascript, and changing this will not be so easy. And since bassicaly such customization are beyond our support scope, then maybe you could for instance ask about this on our community page?
