Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
Unfortunately there's not much we can do to help you, since issue which you mentioned was strictly releated to our template, and unfortunately fxing issues on custom extensions is beyond our support scope. I suggest to contact with team which develop your template, I'm pretty sure they'll fit it for you.
