hi,
I set a watermark for one of 2 possible profiles.
I then see:
- the watermark on the administrator avatar in administration panel (not supposed to have it). the waterwark also have wrong color.
-no watermark on the profile set to have it
I use Jomsocial 3.2.0.5
the watermark has been drown with Gimp and it is a PNG.
I confirm that color set is changed when water mark is added to avatar.
I'll report it to our developers.
But I wasn't able to reproduce water mark on admins avatar... even on your page...

I have answer from developers regarding watermark color issue. File is processed not by JomSocial but image processing library that is set on server e.g GD2 or ImageMagick so any adjustments should by applied in library. Make sure that image file is saved in RGB data format so that image processor have all available colors on disposal to use.

thanks I will try to generate another image.
unfortunately the main problem still remain: I do not see the watermark on the "PRO" profile (I set 2 profiles: AgeGroup and PRO, only PROs have the watermark).
you can check with a test user
username: daniel.fontana
password: asdasdasd
I just changed avatar in front end for daniel.fontana and watermark was applied.
