I created 3 Profiltypes:

• User
• Company
• Club

Now i have some Questions:
1. How can i change "User" Type to default? So after reg all new members r users
2. I added Firstname and Givenname, but i wanna use only the default "Name" field for "Companyname or Clubname by "company" and "Club" Types. Is it possible? I disabled First and Givenname by the Types, but nothing happend :-)

Theses are not possible with our existing package of jomsocial.
It may require some customization and you can hire some developer from www.jomsocial.com/jomsocial-developers
