How to replicate:
Backend Customize Profile de-activate searchable. If searchable is On field displays correctly.

Might affect other fields... did not test.

Yes .ini file and countries.xml lang files are present.
Have you tested turning off the searchable field? Otherwise it works as expected.

I have re-tested the issue in 2 websites joomla 2.5 and 1 website joomla 3.3.

The issue was present in both joomla 2.5 websites.
The joomla 3.3 website was fine.

Sorry Dimas, there is no ftp access. The website only responds over lan via ssh.

If you can not replicate this in your joomla 2.5 test server... just close the ticket... it's fine.

I am closing this, since cant replicate in our latest code in J2.5
