Actually this issue caused by conflict with another menu "akkaunt".. well for more infomration you need read thishttp://documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Toolbar_Explained , for how Jomsocial toolbar works, so please be carefully when you wanna add new Jomsocial menu.

You can get the Russian version from here www.transifex.com/projects/p/jomsocial/language/ru_RU/ we have the package for Russian here www.jomsocial.com/addons/languages/russi...-for-jomsocial-2-8-4 but I think package already outdated

Oh do you mean the wiki translation, I thought the Jomsocail translation for your site.. I am sorry we dont have Russian version in our wiki, only English.
