Is it possible to have a one page registration form with all the fields on it?

On mobile is the option for "take photo" coming? right now you can only select from existing photos from your library.

Simply go to back-end>components>jomsocial>profiles(click it)>multiprofiles and there you can create multiprofiles, and you can include all custom profiles you want on one page of registration. About photo taking on mobile, at this moment it's not possible.

Doh! It was right there. Is it possible that the user selects the profile type first and it displays fields accordingly? For example I have two profile types, teams and individuals, so I would like name and team name accordingly. Right now they have to input individual name before they can select their profile type?

The first step and second step with custom profiles are seperate, and at this point there's no way to combine them.
