after updating to version 3.2.0.4 the link to change the vanity url is missing. where can I find this again?

this is solved. had to turn on the Joomla SEF again.

I am experiencing the error at site admin panel as
"403 - An error has occurred.
You've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky?"
Can you check please?

BTW, If you just wanted to know that how to enable Joomla SEF then
1. Go to site admin and login
2. then System > Global configuration > SEO Settings
3. then enable "Search Engine Friendly URLs", "Use URL rewriting"
4. Save the settings
