after upgrade to JS3.2 there's no more "delete" button for status posts.

Hi Max,
your site missing sharebox and stream options. that becuase your template conflict with jomsocial.
please try this link to bypass your template temporary:
/index.php?option=com_community&view=frontpage&Itemid=1207&template=0

login first.
