do you mean for the date format, if so. please follow this steps:
1. copy default.php From: /administrator/components/com_community/views/activities/tmpl To: /administrator/templates/isis/html/com_community/activities/ (make new folder first)
2. edit that new file at line 135:

from:
<td align="center"><?php echo $row->created;?></td>
to:
<td align="center"><?php echo date('d-m-Y h:i:s', strtotime($row->created));?></td>
