When editing my profile, it is saved but the screen takes me to the beginning of jomsocial and my session is closed at the moment.

This is beause joomla 3.3 User Access and Session has been changed.. we still try to fix this issue :) please be patient :)

can you try to upgrade jomsocial into 3.2.0.3, you can download it on our store.. DON'T FORGET TO BACKUP YOUR ENTIRE SITE + DATABASE FIRST or create copy of your website and upgrade on your development site so this is not affect you live site..
